Assistant Commissioner & Mukhtiarkar of Ferozabad Sub Division of District East Karachi asked residents who live around Manzoor Colony & Mehmoodabad Nullah to evacuate their residential and commercial illegal constructions within Three days.
Citizens were asked to evacuate land around both sides of Nallah which comes under the marking of KMC Katchi Abadi and KMC land lease department.
Whereas through notice Assistant Commissioner & Mukhtiarkar warned to take legal action and to demolish illegal construction as per the order of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
It was learned that District East official issued the said public notice as per section 8,5,30 of Sindh Public Property (Removal of Encroachment) act 2010.
