The word hijab refers to both the head-covering traditionally worn by some Muslim women and Islamic styles of dress in general. The garment has different legal and cultural statuses in various countries. A girl studying the Quran hijab is an Arabic word meaning barrier or partition. In Islam however, it has a broader meaning. It is the principle of modesty and includes behavior as well as dress for both males and females. The most visible form of hijab is the head covering that many Muslim women wear.


Quran advises a Muslim to cover herself with a large cloth in public which may cover her body completely and while a Muslim man is directed to protect his eyes by not looking at a woman with an evil eye.

This beautiful aspect of Islam is called hijab and aspect is highly stressed for Muslim women to show off herself in the society where she lives is totally prohibited.

Hijab basically carries a beauty in itself, which is loved and commanded by Allah and his prophet (p.b.u.h)
In addition, there are other countless benefits of wearing hijab in society and hereafter. However, only wearing it physically should not be considered the status of good practicing Muslim women but it Muslim also show through her speech and behavior with other fellow being that ultimately guarantees the serenity of mind and love of Allah and the prophet Muhammad ( p.b.u.h) hijab protect from evil eyes in the society

May Allah guide all Muslim women in this journey of life۔ (Ameen)
