A man from Karachi’s Yar Muhammad Goth has been booked for raping his 14 year old daughter, the heartbreaking incident happened within jurisdiction of Shah Latif Police Station.
On Thursday 26th March mother of said girl registered complain to the police against her husband namely Yaseen Korai for raping her 14 years old girl who got pregnant two month back and later aborted.
Moreover Mother of girl revealed in FIR that her 17 years old girl told 2 years back that father sexually assault her ,when she asked from her husband about the said act he had not responded to her.
She informed Police that 6 days before (from the date of FIR ) her 14 years old daughter complained that father had done sex with her 2 months back, she stated that when asked about the act from husband he tortured her and threatened to give divorce (talaq) in case of sharing the act with anyone.
Further, she said in an FIR that, She had shared the incident with her husband brothers Zahid and Ali, but they asked her to remain silent and did not help her despite telling all the situation.
City News observed that an FIR lodged against the nominated person Yaseen Korai under section 376 / 202 of Pakistan Penal Code, however his brother Zahid and Ali also nominated in the First Information Report (FIR) for hiding the facts.
On the other hand a video statement of 17 year Girl Daughter of accused appears on First News HD (Youtube Web Tv) where she stated that after the abortion of her sister, father tortured them.
She urged for justice and shared that if we will not raise voice now then these incidents would happen will other girls in our society.
She said that I feel embarrassed to call him father, despite of threats InshaAllah we will pursue the case.
Speaking with City News Station House Officer of Shah Latif Police Station Amir Rafique stated that Police is continuously doing efforts to arrest the nominated person Yaseen Korai and his brothers Zahid & Ali and raided two times but the accused were not on the place.
Whereas he added that brothers of accused reportedly lives out of the city, where the police party would raid and arrest them very soon.
On the question of medical reports, he stated that the Investigation Officer went to Jinnah Hospital along with the girl but due to absence of Female MLO medical test was not done and they would visit the hospital today for the same.
Complainant and brother of said girl informed that Police is supporting them to provide justice but the accused (his father) still not arrested, he expressed hope that the police would arrest nominated accuseds soon.
It was learned that Section 376 of PPC which mentioned on the FIR is for Punishment of Rape , However Section 202 of PPC is for Intentional omission to give information of offence by person bound to inform.
