Dow University of Health Sciences employees under the auspices of the Joint Action Committee protest for the legitimate and legal rights and demands of employees, including Dow University Employees / Officers Welfare Association and Young Nursing Association Dow Unit.
Whereas, Central members of the Joint Action Committee headed by Dr. Qutbuddin Siddiqui, Qaim Ali Jokhio, SM Safdar, Hamid Saleem, Pervez Arain, Zakaria Anwar and several members of Joint Action Committee convener Zaman Ali Malan from Ojha Campus including Nazimabad Chest Clinic, Malir Chest Clinic.
Later they visited Main OPD Block, Diagnostic Lab, Radiology Department, Dow Hospital, OT Complex and met the employees, briefed them on the Joint Charter of Demand, tied black armbands and invited the employees to join the central protest. ۔
Dow University employees highly appreciated the awareness campaign on legitimate demands and assured full cooperation and participation. The awareness campaign will continue for three days.
With reference to the Joint Charter of Demand given in writing by the Joint Action Committee, we hope that the management will take all the legitimate and legitimate demands of Dow employees seriously.
If the black sheep in the institution took any retaliatory action in this regard, the scope of the protest could be widened, for which the entire responsibility will fall on the Dow University administration.
