Karachi; Administrator DMC East Syed Shakeel Ahmed has taken another step to resolve the problems faced by the people during Ramadan in District East in this connection a complaint center has been set up in the JDC camp at Numaish Chowrangi, where the Departments of DMC East have been obliged to make it possible to redress the complaints received via telephone or digital service.
While complaints related to other institutions will be forwarded to the concerned institution and steps will also be taken to resolve it.
Administrator DMC East, Syed Shakeel Ahmed along with JDC Chief, Zafar Abbas and former Chairman DMC Korangi Nayyar Raza and others inaugurated the complaint center and received the complaints on the spot.
On this event Administrator DMC East, Syed Shakeel Ahmed said that we are adopting every way for resolve the municipal problems of the citizens. the purpose of setting up a complaint center in the JDC camp at Numaish is that thousands of people come here on daily basis who also face various municipal problems now they can lodged complaints here.
He said that in this era of inflation, the people need relief, we will try to provide relief to residents of district east by resolving the municipal problems, he appreciated all those people including JDC chief Zafar Abbas who are playing their role in maintaining the white color of the citizens.
After receiving Complaints will be sent to the department who will report the after resolve it.
JDC chief Zafar Abbas appreciated the efforts of Syed Shakeel Ahmed and said that Syed Shakeel Ahmed is doing good work, at this time Karachi needs those persons who do good work, everyone should play their role to strengthen the hands of those who are working for Karachi.
