Disabled Persons School’s Foundation Stone Laid by MPA Liaquat Askani in Baldia Gulshan-e-Mazdoor

Karachi : The underprivileged UC 12 of Baldia Town, which is also included in the constituency of MPA Liaquat Ali Askani, there is a society named Gulshan Mazdoor, this area has been neglected in the past by the Sindh government and no development work has been done.

However, since the people of Baldia Town have expressed their confidence in Pakistan People’s Party through voting and the representatives of Pakistan People’s Party have won the local elections with a huge majority, since then development projects have been started in this UC as well.

In this regard, on Thursday, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Sindh for Special Persons and Rehabilitation Mr. Sadiq Ali Memon and Advisor for CM Sindh for Katchi Abadi and President of Pakistan Peoples Party for Keamari district Liaquat Ali Askani along with Town Chairman Abdul Karim Askani and Vice Chairman Ajab Khan Swati laid the foundation stone of the school and training institute for the disabled persons.

On this occasion, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Sindh while addressing the special people and the public said that those special people who are neglected in the society, we felt the pain of their parents and relatives.

Therefore we have provided the space for the education and training for these people in Gulshan Mazdoor and today we are here to laid the foundation stone of a special institution which a gift from government to the residents of Baldia Town as well district Keamari.

They added that soon, the construction of the building will be completed with the allocated funds so that the disabled persons can become a regular part of this society and make the name of Pakistan proud.

Similarly, in the district there are some NGO working on the rehabilitation of the disabled persons but they are facing financial problems for training. As a result of the efforts of the MPA Liaquat Ali Askani and other elected representatives of the Sindh government Pakistan People’s Party is now providing the building and finical support in the rehabilitation of the disabled persons of Baldia Town.
