Qurban Ali Solangi resident of Shah Lateef Town, Karachi died on Wednesday due to the alleged torture of MDA Director Anti Encroachment Asad Baloch allies on the dispute of plot.
The case of murder has been registered on Wednesday in Shah Lateef Police station, in which Rahat ally of Director MDA Anti Encroachment and three others nominated.
Wife of deceased informed that the said director and his ally’s had already served notice from the court for demanding two lac rupees for them as they were claiming that the said plot is the property of Rahat .
Moreover she stated that two days before Rahat along with three persons torture her husband brutally by which vein of his brain got damage later Qurban Ali shifted to Jinnah Hospital where he died today due to severe injury of head.
Whereas she alleged that Asad Baloch Director MDA tortured her husband in the past also, now police are refusing to mention his name in FIR which is injustice with her family.
I have lost my husband and my house also demolished by the said persons , she added.
She urged from the top officials of Police Department for the arrest of Asad baloch , Rahat and all the culprits who were involved in the murder of her husband .
