Karachi: Administrator DMC East, Syed Shakeel Ahmed said that he has been performing his duties since after taking charge of DMC East for the provision of municipal services and this process is still going on in collaboration with other institutions.
He expressed these views while inspecting the installation of sewerage line at PECHS Block 6 and road construction works at Farooq Motlani Road UC-14.
He said that the above work is being done in collaboration with PWD and KMC, there was a long standing problem of sewerage in PECHS Block 6, which is now being resolved, after which there will be a lot of ease for the residents of the area. thankful to other agencies for providing facilities to the residents of District East that with their cooperation, development works are still going on, which is benefiting the residents of the area, which I am personally monitoring so that the development works can be carried out on time and according to the requirements of quality.
He was accompanied by Superintending Engineer, Civil Salman Memon, Deputy Director, Irshad Ali, Assistant Executive Engineer Shahbaz Hassan, Saleem Farooqui and Sub-Engineer Arshad Naeem among others.
