Deputy Commissioner East Tabriz Sadiq Marri along with Transition Officer Naveed Khan Kolachi presided a meeting of officers at office of the Defunct DMC East and also visited the offices of DMC East.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner East Tabriz Sadiq Marri said that steps are being taken rapidly to make the five TMCs functional in District East, to provide offices and other facilities to the elected local representatives.
He stated that it will take some time but work would be complete very soon in transition period.
On this occasion, Transition Officer Naveed Khan Kolachi said that a lot of work has been done regarding the transfer of staff and assets.
He was accompanied by Town Municipal Commissioner Jinnah, Fakhr e Alam Rizvi, senior officers Mubeen Sheikh, Ghulam Mustafa Sheikh including others.
