Coronavirus: School Principal arrested in Karachi over violation of orders
Quaidabad Police Station team headed by Station House Officer M.Amin Khoso on Monday arrested school principal over the violation of Sindh Government Orders regarding the closure of all educational institutes till 30th May 2020 due to the possible threat of Coronavirus.
It was learned that the Sindh Government has announced for the closure of all educational institutes till 30th May 2020 due to the threat of Coronavirus which is spreading in all over the world. The said decision was taken after an important meeting was held by the Sindh cabinet.
Speaking with City News SHO Quaidabad informed that Person namely Niaz Principal of Suffa Grammar School located at Sherpao Colony Landhi arrested by the police team on violation of Sindh Government Schools closure orders.
He stated that , The educational activities were ongoing today when police reached at the school .
Moreover he informed that, Police has closed the schools and send all the students back to their homes and the police team has re visited all the schools in the jurisdiction to ensure implementation on the orders of provincial government .
City News observed that it is the first FIR which lodge against any school principal over the violation of closure orders.
The FIR No. 154/2020 registered in Quaiadabad Police Station against said Person principal of Private School Under Section 188 of PPC.
