Citizens protest over DCK lacks of interest in developmental work

People of Pir Sarhandi village UC 26 Kotiraro held protesting demonstration against privation of basic facilities and progressive schemes which was led by Zulfiqar Jokhio, Abid Jokhio, Naveed, Khalil Jokhio and others.
Hundreds of habitants became it’s part who raised stern mottos against District Council Karachi Chairman Salman Abdullah Murad and UC Kotiraro administration having play cards in their hands.On that occasion people of village talked with journalists of Awami Press Club Malir that their village is old in Karachi and consists on 5 thousands population but there is no any facility or progressive scheme is bestowed to their village from a decade by elective representatives, UC and DCK administration.
They further said that they have complained many time to MNA, MPA of area and DCK Chairman Salman Abdullah Murad moving their offices but no one took interest to hear and resolve the village issues.
They said that their is shortage of water in their village and no health and other facilities are provided even roads of village are broken, lanes and streets filled with rubbish and litter due to that many ailments have spread in Pir Sarhandi village like Dengue, Typhoid and others.
Villagers appealed Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah, Area’s National and Provincial Assembly members and other concerned authorities to provide fundamental facilities to Pir Sarhandi village and progressive schemes be constructed in their village as soon as possible other wise they will become coerced to sit- in before District Council Karachi office.
