Budget allocted to equip medical centres with best facilities; Administrator DMC East
Administrator DMC East Rahmatullah Sheikh has said that there is an urgent need to improve medical centres at the municipal level in this period of inflation and to play its role in providing the best medical facilities to the financially unstable communities.
He expressed these views while handing over medicines to CMO East Dr. Zartash Praveen from the Head office of DMC East.
He further said that the budget has been allocated in the current financial year to equip medical centres with the best facilities.
He said that people have now started coming to the medical centres of DMC East in large numbers which indicates that after providing more medical facilities, the people will get more benefits from the medical centres while in the maternity homes of dmc east a large numbers of patients already approaching, will restore the same confidence in other medical centres.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Zartash Praveen said that hundreds of patients come to medical centres of dmc east, this number is increasing further after the supply of medicines, PIB and Soldier Bazaar Maternity Homes are among the best medical centres in Karachi where doctors are performing their professional responsibilities in the best possible way.
She thanked Administrator DMC East Rahmatullah Sheikh and Municipal Commissioner Fahim Khan for providing medicines.
Director Purchase Muhammad Akram Khan was also present on the occasion.
