Karachi: On the directives of Deputy Commissioner East Babar Nizamani Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) II District East Karachi is taking strict action against illegal constructions in all over the district.
While taking action against encroachers on the complaint of Baloch Goth Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13-D/3 residents regarding illegal construction on Plot No. A-13 and A-14 of area, ADC II East who is also a focal person of Demolition Committee of Karachi East issued notice to the owner of Plot to appear in person and produce the documents of property .
However in the said Notice ADC II East mentioned that the concerned field staff has reported that the following property encroached/commercially used illegally unlawful manner which is liable to be removed through Anti Encroachment Force.
The owner of allegedly encroached property was directed to produce ownership documents, layout plan approved by SBCA, permission for the use of property on commercial basis in residential area and physical verification certificate from mukhtiarkar revenue concerned land control agency.
It was learned that the Additional Deputy Commissioner East is taking these actions to ensure implementation of the law and also to assure providing basic facilities to the citizens of district east which could affect due to the illegal commercial constructions in residential areas.
