Karachi; Administrator DMC East, Syed Shakeel Ahmed’s strategy to provide facilities to the citizens in Shab-e-Barat proved to be effective, disinfectants were sprayed with municipal facilities inside and around the cemeteries, free plants and seeds were provided to the visitors to plant on the graves through camps set up by DMC East in the vicinity of the cemeteries.
Administrator DMC East Syed Shakeel Ahmed along with Focal Person Imtiaz Bhutto, Deputy Director, Irshad Ali visited various graveyards including society, Essa Nagri and reviewed the arrangements and distributed free plants and seeds to visitors coming to the camp.
Visitors who came to the graveyard thanked administrator Syed Shakeel Ahmed for the arrangements and termed the provision of free seeds and plants for planting on the graves as a good initiative.
On this occasion, Administrator East Syed Shakeel Ahmed said that we are grateful to Allah that with help of Allah, good arrangements were made on Shab-e-Barat, due to which visitors did not face difficulties in reaching the graves of their loved ones.In graves water continues to pour from which the plants would be grow, the benefits of which reach the environment as well as the deceased.
He drove the fumigation vans him self and sent to the cemeteries for disinfectant accompanied him.
