Google is testing a new feature through Duet AI where users can get custom templates created by AI.

The new feature will help organisations make complex roadmaps, team budgets, schedules, and other templates. Google testers can now see a new sidebar in Google Sheets. The sidebar is titled ‘Help me organise.’ Upon entering a prompt for the task, AI will present the most suitable template.

After announcing the launch of Duet at the I/O conference last month, Google is now rapidly introducing new AI-supported features.

Besides introducing this feature for Google Sheets, image generation is currently being tested for Google Slides, whereas the ‘Help me write’ feature is being incorporated in Gmail and Google Docs.
