Rafia Javed Additional Director Registration of Directorate of Inspection and Registration of Private Institutions Sindh (DIRPIS) has issued a circular that the registered school and college Administration should not submit enrollment and examination forms of students of unregistered schools and colleges.

According to the circular issued, it is noted with great concern that the managements of some registered schools are doing illegal work by submitting enrollment, registration and examination forms of students of unregistered schools to the Board of Secondary Education and Board of Intermediate Education, The matriculation and inter board management should check their attendance and registration while submitting the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th examination forms of these schools, so that those who are not registered with the school directorate and are working without any legal status should be discouraged.

In the circular Principals, Administrators, owners of schools warned that if the forms of students from unregistered schools are submitted to BIEK and BSEK, strict action will be taken for negligence and violation, Under Clause- 8 (Cancellation of Certificate of Registration) of “The Sindh Private Educational Institutions (Registration & Control) Ordinance 2001, Amendment Act 2003 and Rules 2005”.
