A friendly boxing match was organized by boxing fans at Lyari Degree College on the occasion of Pakistan Day on 23 March 2021. Different categories were played in these matches, prominent international boxer Nadir Baloch was the special guest of the occasion.
Little Boxing Champion Anzala Ali Baloch also took part in these competitions and showed excellent performances, in response to Anzala’s play and boxing punches during the competition, the fans kept on applauding and clapping. It should be noted that Anzala has not lost any boxing match in his category so far.
At the end of the match, boxer Nader Baloch had a special meeting with Anzala Ali Baloch, boxers Huzaifa Ali, Anis Baloch, and boxing coach Habib Bakhsh Baloch were also present at the moment.
Nadir Baloch was very happy to see the courage and passion of the young boxer for boxing he praised Anzala and said that if he continued to play boxing with such hard work, he would be succeeded one day.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, Anzala Ali Baloch’s father and his boxing coach Habib Bakhsh Baloch said that such boxing competitions should be held regularly. It is my dream that one day my son will become a successful boxer like Nadir Baloch for which I keep my son engaged in the practice and other activities of boxing day and night and I am sure that one day my dream will come true.
He further said that there is no lack of talent in Lyari and the interest in boxing among the children, youth and girls are increasing day by day and I am looking for a bright future for boxing in Pakistan.
