Independence Day Celebration took place with high spirits at Government Boys Secondary School on 11 August 2023.
Program started with the Tilawat by “Sir Saif” followed by a student “Kamran” and ended on a closing note by the senior teacher “Sir Asif”
Students passionately participated in various activities, including singing and performing national melodies, delivered speeches on the value of freedom. Students also created posters and cards, they showed enthusiasm by decorating their school premises.
Thus students celebrated Independence Day in school with great zeal. This day always remind us of the untold sacrifices of the fighters of freedom. We should praise those patriots who shed their blood for achieving Freedom.
Teachers also contributed in planting a new environmental friendly plants in the garden premises of School.
The chief Guest of the event was respective Head Master “Arif Zaheer Shb”. He added value in the event by his valuable presence.
Senior & Junior teachers including “Sir Altaf Hussain “, “Ms. Musarrat”, “Sir Asif “, “Ms. Qaamar Naz”, “Sir Aamir”, “Sir Minhas Qazi”, “Ms. Shumaila”, “Sir Kashif Ali”, “Ms. Atiya”, “Sir Bakhiyar”, “Ms. Anum”, “Sir Kashif”, “Ms.Sarwat”, “Sir Sheraz”, “Sir Faizan”, “Sir Naveed”, “Sir Saif”, “Sir Muzzamil”, “Sir Uzair”, “Sir Tariq, “Sir Hamza”, “Sir Ahsan”, “Sir Mursalen”, “Sir Sheroz” & Senior Naib Qasid “Danish” attended the event and appreciated the efforts of all the students especially who participated in mainstream performing activities.
H.M Arif Zaheer Shb highly appreciated the efforts of Ms. Musarrat & Syed Naveed for organizing such a colorful & splendid event and emphasized to organize further curricular and extra curricular activities for the students in the near future.
