CPLC East in Close Collaboration with District East Police launched a new Neighborhood Care (NC) project in Gulistan-e-Johar Block-3 on Monday, March 11th, 2024.
Mr. Zubair Habib, Chief CPLC Sindh, Mr. Irfan Bahadur, SSP East, Mr. Abid Ozair, Chief CPLC District East, Mr. Taimur Siddique Assistant Chief CPLC Sindh and Mr. Shabbar Raza, Deputy Chief District East attended the opening ceremony along with Block-3 neighbourhood members, Municipal Organizations Elected representatives and residents of the area.
This marks another significant step towards community well-being and safety of masses living in District East.
Chief CPLC Sindh reiterated that community need to come forward and help local police to ensure better place of living and working.
SSP East Mr. Irfan Bahadur highlighted the significance and assured all assistance to make Neighbourhood Care Projects successful and useful for general public and ensuring a Safe and Secured environment. He stressed the need of community to come forward and ensure that no criminal activities take place in their area through closer liaison with Police.
Mr. Abid Ozair Chief CPLC East informed that choice of Neighborhood Care area is of great significance since it covers more than 400 houses besides schools, Masajids and commercial establishments and being a thoroughfare for street criminals which can be curbed through installation of CCTV cameras, Command and Control Room and presence of area police.
