Provincial Minister Sajid Jokhio lauds Administrator DCK steps during Eid-ul-Adha



Provincial Minister for Social Welfare Mohammad Sajid Jokhio said that it was not possible to achieve any goal once the target was raised, adding that the rain had gradually turned into a hurricane, with rivers flowing and dams collapsing.

The cleanliness process in District Council Karachi (DCK) has monitored on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.

Effective campaign from prayer to third day continued, complaints received so far have been addressed, and dirt removal and cleaning work is ongoing until further notice.

He commended the Administrator and his team for their successful strategy and said that the 285 complaints received by the media had been resolved on the spot.

Distinguished Area notables, including the elected members of the Assembly who were part of the District Council team, remained on the ground for three days during the Eid and worked within their limits to ensure the success of the campaign.

Complaints were resolved under his supervision and he along with Provincial Minister for Irrigation Jam Khan Shoro, Provincial Minister for Social Welfare Muhammad Sajid Jokhio and Deputy Commissioner Malir Irfan Salam inspected the situation after the rains and the current situation of dams.

On the occasion, he said, “Alhamdulillah, I am very satisfied today, I have fulfilled another promise I made to the people. The whole area is in a clear position but in case of any complaint, the staff will be active till late at night.

By making the campaign a success by not following the advertisements, better steps have been taken than last year, which will enable us to fulfill the promises made to the oppressed masses, which is our vision.
