Dmc East officers and staff would remain available in Eid Holidays; Rahmatullah Sheikh


Administrator DMC East Rahmatullah Sheikh and Municipal Commissioner Fahim Khan said in his statement that if it rains come during Eid-ul-Adha, the issues of drainage will be carried out as per the policy formulated by sindh solid waste management board and DMC East regarding lifting and disposal of offals, all possible steps will be taken to save the people from trouble by playing their role in Eid-ul-Adha days.

 They requested to residents of District East avoid spreading the offals whether rains or not,
 Keep offalls designated places or near their houses from where Sindh Solid Waste Management Board vehicles will lift the offalls and move them to the collection point.
He said that departments are still on alert in rain emergency.
De-watering pumps are installed. In the case of rains, every possible role will be played in terms of drainage, just as we have made every effort to save the people from trouble by carrying out drainage issues in the incessant rains for the last two days.
Similarly, officers and employees with us will be available in eid days without caring holidays.
 He said that complaints regarding lifting and disposal of offals will registered in Eid-ul-Adha days issued nos of Sindh Solid Waste Management Board 02134822176 and 02134017736 for Gulshan Iqbal Zone and complaints for Jamshed Zone can be registered at 02135314171-72.
