Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah called for lifting living strandard of common man to improve economic and growth domestic products (GDP) of the country.
Mr Shah asked those people who were saying that the country’s Gross Domestic Products (GDP) growth is at 5.37 per cent, they should also tell about the life of common man, source of income and business.
Talking to reporters here on Sunday, Faiq noted the rich segment is becoming richest and poor becoming poorest.
Hence, he said that there is jugglery of different words and figures, meant to appease IMF and other international financial lenders,
He observed a substantial deficit has been increased in current accounts and trade.
Faiq said there is unavailable fertilizer with farmers, bread with poor people and medicines with patients so how can accept claims about boosting up the country’s economy until the growth in industrial, agriculture, export, businesses and investment.
The ATP chairman witnessed poor people being erased in the present rising price-hike.
He said economic turnaround is attached with improvement and progress of people and until uplift of their living standard.
Otherwise, he said it is quite difficult to overcome the prevailing economic crisis.
He called for joint efforts to pull the country out from the present quagmire economic situations.
Faiq made it clear that race for gaining power and tug of war couldn’t bring stability in the country.
He claimed that the strategy proposed by the Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) would bring real change in the country with implementation of its true letter and spirit.
