Indigenous Right Alliance calls protest rally against Bahria Town Management


Indigenous Right Alliance Sindh called protest rally against Bahria Green Town and for the protection of oldest villages in the jurisdiction of Bahria Town led by Gul Hassan Kalmaty, Abdul Khaliq Jonejo, Usman Balouch, Illahi Bukhsh Bikik, Syed Khuda Dino Shah, Younus Khaskheli, Hamzo Pahanwar, Haneef Dilmurad, Rukhman Palari and others here on yesterday.

Rally started from market of Murad Memon village reached at main chock in which political, social organizations workers and residents participated in a great quantity. Protesters raised serious slogans against Behria Town Management bitterly holding banners and play cards in their hands.

On that occasion lead people addressed rally participants and said that they are humanitarian and philanthropist and called  Bahria Town occupier on the act of destroying local habitations and taking lands and resources under its possession on the name of development.

They further said that they are local of Karachi Malir and keep right to protest placidly for their rights and existence of resources, Bahria Town Management has victimized, assaulted and intimidated local communities people which is violation of human rights which can not be endured any how and Indigenous Right Alliance will raise its sound before local, national and international level against Bahria Town’s injustice and unfair and affected of Bahria Town will be provided legal aid by law team and they will keep in touch with Supreme Court of Pakistan for the protection of oldest villages and against Bahria Green Town and also they will contact them with all political, social organizations of entire Sindh to spread endeavor against confiscation in whole country.
