Sachal Police Station team on the directives of Station House Officer Agha Mashooq Ali raided at a restaurant where sheesha was selling and held 15 people including the manager of a restaurant.
SHO Sachal informed that the police on Thursday night raided at the Resturant namely “KHANA TONIGHT” located at Ghazi Goth, where the police held 14 users of sheesha and the manager of said place. The Police has also seized the stuff for making sheesha including Hookahs, tobacco, and others.
It was learned that Mr. Ali posted in Sachal Police Station last week, While speaking with City News SHO stated that he is working to get rid of every illegal activity within the jurisdiction.
He also shared that Sachal Police would not allow anyone to sell Sheesha which was banned by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
It was observed that the said action was taken after it was highlighted in Daily City News Newspaper and Regional language channel Dharti Tv.

However, the case has been registered in Sachal Police Station against arrested persons.
According to Tobacco Control Cell, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination Government of Pakistan 160,100 people die annually in Pakistan due to tobacco use, the numbers of deaths are alarming and to get rid of the ratio Sindh Police top officials has already given directives to all Station House Officers for the strict action against Sheesha Cafe’s as well as the sellers of smokeless tobacco.
