Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies issues circular against Department’s Higher Official Corruption
Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies Department highlighted the corrupt practices of Department’s head registrar cooperative societies Muhammad Ali Sheikh through a Circular issued from his office on Friday.
It was learned that a circular issued from the office of Assistant Registrar yesterday on the title of “Say No to Corruption”, which was submitted in the office of the department’s secretary. In a said letter it was recommended to all the officers including employees of the department to follow the said instructions of the letter to save the service record and also from further litigation.
It was observed that the word Corrupt used along with the designation of Registrar in a said circular.
The Assistant registrar said in a letter to avoid the illegal orders, submissions & Demands of Corrupt Registrar Cooperative Societies.
Moreover, it was requested to the Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies Sindh (Admin) to avoid illegal bills of encashment through treasury office Hyderabad on the demand of Registrar.
Moreover, It was revealed through a circular that from last four months the Registrar is sitting at the camp office in Karachi and not sitting at his main office which located in Hyderabad, whereas he is pressurizing the treasurer office Hyderabad for the payment of T.A/D.A, Fuel and other allowances.
However, the Assistant registrar also suggested for not giving of original files and other records to said registrar.
Further, it was also said in a Circular that One employee and One Official of Karachi Region are working as the front man of Registrar and also involved in approaching employees of the department to convey the illegal demand of said registrar.
City News learned that more than fourty complaints regarding the corrupt practices of Registrar Cooperative Societies have been submitted in the office of Department’s Secretary, but no action till yet taken from the secretary office for the redressal of complaints.
