Oldest village of Gadop facing shortage of basic facilities

Muhammad Gabol village of Gadop deprived of fundamental facilities in the globalization world which consisted on 50 houses and 400 population where there is a shortage of water, no electricity, bereft from education, health and other facilities from years.

In this regards Awami Press Club Malir Journalists visited the said village to know the actual position of village and get detailed information where journalists found village beyond all basic needs and facilities, there was no any scheme provided to them including water, gas, school, hospital and others.

Villagers were surviving dark age’s life in the modern time and rubbish was every where surrounding village and there was no roads network.

On that occasion heads of village Hussain Gabol, Idrees Gabol, Abdul Karim Gabol and other residents talked with journalists and told that they have been living since 1984 and their village is on the distance of 30 kilo meters away from Gabol Stop Market where MNA Jam Abdul Karim Jokhio, MPA Sajid Jokhio, District Councilor Manzoor Balouch and UC Gadop chairman Fareed Jokhio did many promises during election campaign which have not come true yet.

They said expressing sorry that in the modern period their village lacks school due to that children of village travel miles to reach on other area’s schools to get education which comes in their fundamental rights, there is also deficiency of electricity cause of that darkness is spread into village in the enlightening, bright and today’s colorful world .

They further said that they are constrained to purchase water tankers on high cost to complete water requisition and when villagers raise questions then they are said that water line is under process but fact is that contractor has gone leaving work in halve.

They said complaining that their village is devoid from all facilities and amenities but on the other hand newly established villages are provided water, electricity, road network and other facilities so they gotta be told that what is guilt of them and who will provide them their fundamental rights and requisitions.

Muhammad Gabol residents appealed Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah and other concerned officers to provide them basic needs and facilities as soon as possible to end disappointment spread amongst villagers
