Gadop villagers submit petition in court to get registered case against Bahria Town

Residents of Gadop’s Noor Muhammad Gabol village, Arbab Gabol village, Ali Muhammad Gabol village, Allah Rakhio village, Aalo village and other villages approached District Malir court to submit petition for enlisting case against Behria Town Administration led by Murad Bukhsh Gabol, Ali Nawaz, Deen Muhammad, Shaukat Gabol and others with Indigenous Rights Alliance leaders Yousuf Masti Khan, Usman Balouch, general secretary of Jie Sindh Imdad Chachar, Haneef Dil Murad, Ali Mastoi, Advocate Muhammad Moosa Kolachi and submitted petition to District Session Judge by the support of counseling team of Indigenous Rights Alliance.

They mentioned their viewpoint in petition that Behria Town staff have been attacking on their villages with the purpose of occupation on daily basis ruining legal and human rights of villagers and controlled on water supply also blocked routes of villages.

They mentioned in petition that when they reached Gadop police station in order to register a case against Behria Town administration’s injustice then Gadop police refused to register a case. They appealed Malir court to issue instructions to Gadop police so as to register a case.

On that occasion petitioners talked with journalists and said that Behria Town administration have continued attacking on their villages, they took away cattles and blocked routes of villages but sorry to say that police doesn’t enlist the case against Behria Town and also refuse to take action against them.They said that they have knocked the door of court after being compelled
